Inside the villa
Feeling Italy Resort is divided into two separate buildings, designed for comfort and independence.
* First building: set over two levels. Upstairs, three double bedrooms with sea views, each with an en-suite bathroom; two share a connecting balcony overlooking the coast. An internal staircase leads down to a large, fully equipped kitchen and a bright living area with sofas and a smart TV, opening onto a pergola with a dining table and wood-fired pizza oven. A few steps lead down to the garden and pool.
* Second building: sea views throughout. Upstairs, three en-suite double bedrooms with large windows facing the sea; two share a panoramic terrace and the third has a private balcony. A few internal steps lead down to a second living and dining area with a kitchen, and another en-suite double bedroom with two single sofa beds.
* Independent apartment: about ten outside steps from the second building, with its own entrance, a small kitchenette (no hob), a living area, a guest bathroom, two en-suite double bedrooms and a private outdoor seating area.
The architecture is what makes the property special. Instead of a traditional layout, the buildings are a series of elegant shapes, levels and panoramic openings, with large glass windows and doors that fill the rooms with light and keep the sea in view. All nine bedrooms have a safe and a mini fridge.
Outdoor spaces and heated pool
* Gardens: well-kept flowering gardens, looked after by our gardeners.
* Heated pool: a uniquely designed pool with gently sloping steps, sun loungers and umbrellas.
* Pool heating: available from 1 April to 15 June and from 15 September to 30 October, on request in advance and at no extra cost.
* Pizza oven: a traditional wood-fired oven, perfect for outdoor dining and pizza nights.
