Inside the villa
Villa Neranite is set over several levels linked by Mediterranean gardens, paths and steps, balancing time together with privacy.
* Main unit: a welcoming living area with warm-toned interiors and a double sofa bed, plus an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom has garden views, lots of natural light, its own patio and an en-suite bathroom with a double shower.
* Pool level: the central outdoor level for relaxing, with the pool area, a changing room with bathroom and laundry, and an outdoor stone shower.
* Garden suite: along a garden path, a double bedroom with private bathroom and lovely views over the sea and the Bay of Nerano.
* Independent two-storey unit: the upper floor has a living area, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and a small sea view bedroom with a single sofa bed, air conditioning and its own bathroom just outside. Outside stairs lead down to two more double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Outdoor spaces and heated pool
* Terraces and gardens: panoramic terraces, Mediterranean gardens and sea view patios, from breakfast over the bay to sunset drinks.
* Outdoor kitchen: a covered dining area with a barbecue and outdoor kitchen.
* Pool and jacuzzi: a private heated pool with jacuzzi and sun loungers, surrounded by greenery and looking out over the bay.
* Beach gate: a second gate gives easy access on foot to the beach and seafront of Marina del Cantone.
