Inside the villa
Villa Mediterranea is set over three floors, each designed for comfort, privacy and views.
* Ground floor: an independent guest suite with its own entrance on the parking level, ideal for extra privacy. It has a contemporary double bedroom, a double sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
* First floor: the main entrance opens onto a stylish dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area, with the kitchen opening straight onto the garden and pool. There are two large double bedrooms with panoramic views, two rooms with French double beds, and two bathrooms with handmade ceramic tiles and walk-in showers.
* Second floor: the master suite, with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, opening onto a panoramic terrace with lounge furniture, perfect for watching the sunset.
Outdoor spaces and infinity pool
* Infinity pool: a private heated infinity pool with sun loungers and open views of the sea.
* Patio and outdoor kitchen: a main patio with a barbecue and outdoor kitchen for al fresco meals.
* Panoramic terrace: designer lounge seating with views over the Li Galli islands and the Mediterranean.
* Pool heating: available from 15 March to 15 June and from 15 September to 15 November, on request in advance and at no extra cost, up to 28°C.
