Inside the villa
Villa Cartenì is set over three levels, each an independent apartment reached by outside stairs, with its own kitchen, living area and bedrooms. Terraces and stone paths connect the apartments to the garden and the private pool.
* Ground floor: the main shared living space, with a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, two double bedrooms and a full bathroom off the living area. Wide openings lead to the terraces, the outdoor dining and BBQ area, the garden and the path to the pool.
* First floor (independent apartment): a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area, a living space and a balcony overlooking the sea and greenery, with a double bedroom (en-suite), a twin bedroom and a second full bathroom.
* Second floor (independent apartment): an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms, with direct access to a large terrace with open views, perfect for sunsets.
Outdoor spaces and heated pool
* Gardens: terraces and paths wind through gardens of olive and lemon trees.
* Private pool: on a lower level, with sun loungers and shaded patios. A guest favourite.
* Outdoor dining and BBQ: shaded patios with a barbecue for relaxed meals outdoors.
* Pool heating: available from 1 April to 15 June and from 15 September to 30 October, on request and at no extra cost, up to 28°C.
