Inside the villa
The heart of the villa is a large, elegant living room with Italian antiques, comfortable sofas and a dining table. Masseria Annunziata is mainly on one floor, except for the attic bedroom, which is reached by a spiral staircase.
* First double bedroom: off the living room, with a TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
* Second double bedroom: beyond the living room, with a bathroom with bathtub in the corridor.
* Third double bedroom: with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
* Kitchen: a large kitchen opening straight onto the outdoor patio.
* Fourth bedroom: at the back of the house beyond the kitchen, with a French double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
* Fifth bedroom (attic): up a spiral staircase, with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, lovely views of Capri and a laundry room next door.
All bedroom windows have mosquito nets.
Outdoor spaces and pool
* Private pool: 2 x 9 metres, from 1.2 to 2 metres deep, ideal for cooling off on warm days.
* Patio and gardens: furnished areas for lounging and outdoor dining with views of Capri, and Mediterranean gardens of olive and lemon trees.
