Fully renovated in 2025, it is on the second floor of a charming historic building with a lift. The apartment is quiet and bright, about 150 square metres, with an outdoor terrace for al fresco meals.

Maramia is on the second floor of a charming historic building with a lift. It is quiet, bright and was fully renovated in 2025.
* Bedrooms: 4 brand-new bedrooms, 1 with a king-size bed and 3 with standard double beds. One bed can be set up as two singles on request, with at least two days' notice.
* Living room: welcoming, with a double sofa bed for two more guests.
* Bathrooms: 4 full bathrooms (one en-suite), one with a double shower with a waterfall massage feature.
* Kitchen: fully equipped, with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
