The Main Villa and four annexes provide ample living space and ensure privacy for all guests. * Main Villa – Ground Floor: features the main kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances (an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher) and classic Italian cabinetry, a spacious dining area flowing into an inviting living room, and two small guest bathrooms.
* Main Villa – First Floor: the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (one featuring a King Size bed) and a private French balcony overlooking the pool and the sea.
* Annex 1 (independent): a Master double bedroom with a King Size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with panoramic pool and sea views, plus a second double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom.
